The utilization of the heat of combustion gases as a secondary power resource by their deep cooling is considered. In particular, the variant of combustion gas deep cooling in the surface condensation heat-exchanger has been investigated, for which the increase of the boiler efficiency coefficient and the economy of fuel have been defined. Besides, the quantity of the utilized heat is estimated with consideration of various ratios of the volume of combustion gases passing through the condensation heat-exchanger and bypassing it, and also the influence of the ratio combustion gas utilization on the change of the ground maximum concentration of harmful compounds (oxide of nitrogen).
