A software toolkit with a network support for increasing the effectiveness of test examinations is introduced. The main issues characteristic of the considered task is investigated in particular the impact of the human factor, time saving, organization of the examination process. For that purpose, it is proposed to create adequate toolkit, by applying high functionality and appropriate technologies.
