Abstract

The general principle of nature protection in the area of human activities refers to the minimization of losses in the animate and inanimate nature. The complex means of preventive measures for the nature protection include specific solutions for effective compensation of possible (as well as necessary) losses incurred by the environment. The recov­ery rate is functionally linked to the level of human-induced changes in the environment as a result of creation or operation of an industrial object.
