ECONOMIC AND LEGAL PROBLEMS ON PROSPECTS OF NEW MINERAL RESERVES IN ARMENIA

Abstract

RA modern mining industry basically exploits the mines discovered in the Soviet years. State investments in geological surveys are nearly lacking and the field develops on the account of foreign private investments. This is a problem which urges that a new policy be developed and implemented in the economic and legal sphereaimed at the interests of the country. Тhe work attempts to find a realistic model to promote the sustainable development of the field in Armenia.
