Abstract

The paper presents three main resolutions in secure data communication, namely, deprivation of hackers from their holistic knowledge over the digital network systems; postulating a numerical base, different from binary, achieving a block cipher system by manipulating high radix blocks and making it quite confounded for the intruders; ensuring an obvious fast speed than the average transfers of data over the net. An algorithmic implementation for the proposed resolutions is also given.
