The concept of efficiency and the modern approaches to evaluation are observed. The systematic approach considered is more acceptable. Factors and directions of increasing the efficiency of the industrial companies of Armenia are mentioned. The definition of efficiency is introduced, the necessity of using the group of criteria, characterizing its different sides is substantiated.
