The theory and methods of the arbitrary function and signal decomposition on the basis of wavelet-transforms are considered. The theoretical bases of a wavelet-filtration and reconstruction are introduced. The block-diagram of the system is developed in the environment SIMULINK carrying out wavelet-processing and filtration of the arbitrary complex signals from noise.
