ARMENIAN-KURDISH RELATIONS IN THE 20th-CENTURY ARMANIAN MEMOIRS

Abstract

The 20th-century Armenian Memoirs provide a rich material to deeply perceive the Armenian-Kurdish fatal relations, which is a very modern issue. The few Kurdish tribes having appeared in the Armenian Plateau since the 11-12 centures, comprised almost half of the population of Western Armenia at the beginning of the 20th century, and the absolute majorly in the 21st century.
