A measuring circuit (MC) designed for separate conversion of capacitance and tangent delta of low-voltage capacitors with small dielectric losses into a phase signal is described. A method of calculating the parameters of MC elements for the given measurement ranges is presented, and the conversion sensitivity is evaluated.
