Within the scope of this work, a business model with its relevant subsections has been developed, based on the CANVAS methodology, large-scale data collection, modeling and automated processing, the basics of banking and analysis. The developed model describes the creation process of the bank’s relevant values. The goals and ways to implement them are presented. At the initial stage of developing this business-model, commercial banks of Republic of Armenia were considered as competitors, their activity and the market of Republic of Armenia were studied.
By studying and analyzing large amounts of consumer market data, the expectations of the consumers, price sensitivity, needs, objectives and demands are determined. As a result, the business model was developed by applying the basics of mathematical modeling, decision making, optimization and automation, through the following 9 main points: consumer segmentation, value proposition, distribution channels, consumer relationships, revenue streams, cost management, core resources, key operations, collaboration. At that, the development of automated contact systems and automated decision support systems were the main emphasis. Management of income and expenses was carried out by developing a model of simultaneous management of assets and liabilities (main resources), the objective of which is to improve the net income taken into consideration the restrictions imposed by the central bank and the internal restrictions of the bank itself. This part of the business model describes the most important actions that must be taken to achieve successful results.
Generic assessment of commercial banks' activity and rating are carried out by the new reliability assessment model proposed in the work, the development of which was justified by the development of a mathematical model of large-scale data analysis and forecasting.
