When studying the history of parties at all times, it is important to clarify their financing sources and distribution issues. The problem was of great significance on the eve of World War I at aquiring weapon for the purpose of self-defense.
The aim of this article is to clarify the financial opportunities of the Armenian political parties on the eve of the Genocide, to analyze and reveal the real picture of the use of these financial means to acquire weapon.
