Abstract

A new model of C–V (g–V) dependencies of thin film metal- BaxSr1–xTiO3-metal (m-f-m) structure is considered. Analytical expressions are derived for C–V, g–V and loss tangent dependencies. Theoretical results are compared with the experimental data, and good agreement has been obtained.
