Abstract

Pt – Ba0,25Sr0,75TiO3 – pSi – Al and Pt – Ba0,31Sr0,69TiO3 – SiO2 – pSi – Al nanoscale film structures are obtained by the method of pulsed laser deposition using the targets produced by self-propagating high-temperature synthesis. Current-voltage characteristics of the obtained structures are experimentally studied under different conditions.
