Abstract

Nowadays, one of the key factors of successful banking activity is the continuing innovation policy. Changes in organizational approaches and implementation of innovative technologies in the commercial banks are dictated by the processes of globalization of the economy, the growth of competition in all spheres of social activity, the active use of new information technologies.
