Abstract

The analysis of the aqueous extract of the Armenian honey leaf (Stevia) is carried cut. The Sciex’s Triple Quad™ 4500 Quadrupole Mass Spectrometry has been used, for the sensitive and selective structural detection of steviol glycosides.
