THE APPROACHES AND PERSPECTIVES OF THE MAGISTRACY INSTITUTE IN REPUBLICE OF ARMENIA

Abstract

Magistracy is an alternative institution for solving conflicts. On the whole, one can say that the Magistracy Institute is the ideological or the value system level based on public reconciliation. It should be mentioned that the Magistrate does not make any decision as a result of the conflict which is peculiar to classical judicial system, but tries to find legitimate and mutually beneficial solutions for the parts. This very flexibility is the efficiency of the Magistracy Institute.
