Abstract

The problems of the transformation economic change impact on the technological development are viewed. Positive economic changes are to a certain extent interrelated with technological transformation shifts often causing economic qualitative changes. On the other hand, the market changes may have a negative impact on the technological development. As a result, the extraeconomic component of technological policy enhances which implies a total transformation of social importance of the technological risk.
