MATHEMATICAL SUBSTANTIATION OF THE MAIN STEP OF THE ALGORITHM FOR ISOLATION OF THE SCHEME ACTIVE PART

Two-way connections between the norm of a boolean function and its activities are considered. It is shownthat if the activities of the function arguments are close enough to zero, the norm of the function will be close enough to one of the constants 0 or 1 and vice versa. The results obtained are applied in the isolation algorithm of the active part of the scheme, which in its turn,is used for designing of schemes at the stages of verification and testing.
