Abstract

The kinematic method of pressure generation is studied, where the presence of an elastic rubber film on the printing cylinder and the provision of a constant pressure value over the entire surface of the print, depending on the accuracy of the geometric parameters (thickness) of the print, the rubber film, and the uniform gap of the printing pair, are required. Along with the kinematic method of pressure creation, the parametric changes occurring in the printing area and the change in the values of the mechanical characteristics on the rubber membrane, leading to the increase of an additional dose of pressure on the surface of the printing cylinder, are studied. The development of deformation in the rubber membrane under the influence of a constant load and after its removal is studied. Reference is made to the distribution of printing pressure in the lateral and longitudinal directions of the touch zone. In the work, rubber films with elastic properties are considered, where the change in pressure and the phenomena of voltage generation in the rubber film inevitably affect the speed and quality of printing.
