The construction industry is often forced to use low-quality fine aggregates, which increases the consumption of cement in the preparation of concrete mixtures and building mortars to ensure the quality of concrete. The results of the studies allow to improve the granulometric composition and quality of fine aggregate in concrete mix. By adding granite crushed stone of the appropriate fraction to fine-grained sand to obtain normalized (enriched) sand, high technical performance of building concrete mixes can be achieved. The presence of all the necessary sand grains in the concrete mix provides a denser structure and strength of concrete and an increase in performance. Based on this idea, expert studies of crushed stone of 5-10 mm, 2.5-1.25 mm, 1.25-0.63 mm, 0.63-0.315 mm and Determine the optimal ratios of binders for mixtures with sand fractions of 0.315-0.16 mm were carried out.
