PROCEEDINGS of the National Polytechnic University of Armenia (NPUA) is a peer-reviewed scientific journal that publishes scientific and review-analytical articles, results of various research works, and communications submitted by both the scientific community of the Republic of Armenia and foreign scientific communities.

Participants in the scientific publication process of the Proceedings — authors, reviewers, editors, publishers, and readers — are guided in their interactions by the Code of Ethics for Scientific Publications of the Proceedings.

The publication process is organized according to the regulations approved by the Editorial Board of the Proceedings. The average time from manuscript submission to final decision is 60 days, and the average time from acceptance to publication is 80 days. The journal is published twice a year.

Proceedings have 5 series: "Information technologies, electronics, radio engineering", “Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, and Machine Building”, “Metallurgy, Materials Science, and Subsurface Use”, “Electrical Engineering and Power Engineering”, "Chemical and Environmental Technologies"․

The series "Chemical and Environmental Technologies" of the Proceedings magazine has been published since 2012. The journal presents the results of scientific research, analyses, and discussions in the field of chemical and environmental technologies. The journal also publishes review articles and current information.
