It is proposed to use a tee waveguide of a new design for multiplexing the signals in the terahertz range. The tee is made on the basis of an oversized metal-dielectric waveguide (MDW) and consists of two stacked together quasi-optical waveguide corners. The metal mirrors at the joint parts form a quasioptical lens, and the size of the waveguide along one of the walls is doubled. To restore the previous size of the waveguide, a smooth transition is used for a wide wall. It is shown that the tee may be successfully used as a multiplexer, and by its electrical characteristics, the proposed multiplexer has low losses. Cascading multiplexers allow to obtain a baseband signal from several sources.
