Currently, along with the development of telecommunication, a need to create reliable
and small-sized microwave devices with wide functionality has arisen. That is why, the
problem of developing and researching both new and well-known devices is urgent for the
purpose of using them in a number of non-traditional microwave systems. The above
mentioned devices are especially in demand for the creation of aviation, space, microwave
telecommunication communication systems. In the 1980s, new generations of solid-state
devices and equipment became a basis for the creation of microwave communication sys
tems, which perform the functions of filtering, generating and amplifying oscillations, sta
bilizing the frequency, generating and processing signals.
With the development of telecommunication devices for studying the planets of the
solar system, the conditions for the operation of primary sources / sensors / information is
becoming more complicated, therefore, the development of any sensor requires the solution
of many side problems, which together provide a natural transformation of a physical signal
into an electrical one. Considering the probable nature of the unfamiliar environment, oper
ation, transportation, launch, it is necessary to create a reliable sensor, or a series of sensors,
for a long-term operation under the influence of unforeseen external factors.
The latest achievements and developments in science are primarily introduced in avia
tion, astronautics, artillery, etc, in order to ensure high quality indicators. The implementa
tion of flights of flying devices is monitored according to the data received from all kinds
of information sensors installed both on board and at special nodes, which are transmitted
to the command center via telecommunication.
The requirements to the initial information elements are high accuracy and speed in
the process of measuring the physical quantities, which is achieved by combining the sen
sor and the electronic circuitry.
