The issues on the formation of a textile industrial in the Shirak region of Armenia with the aim of increasing the competitiveness of enterprises operating on the basis of digital economy are considered. As a result of the research, it is revealed that, thanks to the use of innovative technologies in the textile industrial cluster, economic entities will have an opportunity to increase the labor productivity and reduce the unit costs.
