Abstract

At present, the Russian pipe industry continues to actively develop and increase the production of pipe products, which is due to stable economic growth, the development of the petrochemical industry, the laying of new and modernization of existing gas pipelines. According to experts, the growth in production this year will be at least 3…4%.The creation of a specialized rolling stock for the transportation of pipes with improved technical and economic characteristics is an important and urgent task facing the car building enterprises. The article presents the results of a comparison of methods for studying the reliability parameters of the side post embedding unit, which is one of the most critical units of a flat car for pipe transportation.
