DEVELOPING THE BASIC ISSUES OF RESILIENCE OF MIDDLE-AGED SCHOOLCHILDREN

The issues on the necessity to develop the general resilience of middle-aged schoolchildren are considered. A questionaire survey was conducted among 35 physical training teachers. The analysis of the results of the research showed that it is important for teachers to pay a special attention to the issues of developing the general resilience of schoolchildren. Schoolchildren, in turn, find it difficult to choose a wide range of physical exercises to develop their resilience independently.
