A method for noise rejection in complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) Integrated circuits (IC), using decoupling capacitors is proposed. The essence of the method is the selection of the capacitor type which will operate independently of temperature. Thus, the noise rejection parameters will be weakly dependent on temperature.
