A MICROCONTROLLER CONTROL SYSTEM OF THE JAW CRUSHER

The functional and microcontroller control systems for the electrical drive of the jaw crusher are developed. The control systems include sensors: controlling the mass of the material at the input and output of the crusher, the speed of the conveyor, supplying the material, the temperature of the crusher bearings and the filling level of the hoppers, feeding the crusher. The control system is implemented on ATMEGA 128 microcontrollers from ATMEL Corporation.
