Abstract

It is shown that by ultrasonic emulsification of the system oil-water, the technologic­a­l environment with appropriate cooling properties for heat treatment can be obtained whose specific heat is between the specific heats of oil and water. It is established that for determining the specific heat capacity of two types of emulsions obtained within a certain period of time, by ultrasonic emulsifying, it is sufficient to know their volumes after emulsification, density and specific heat of the components and the weight of one of these emulsions.
