Abstract

A new method for determining the optimal parameters for the formation of a regular microrelief and a program in the environment of Excel for the formation of a virtual microrelief has been developed. These methods allow the creation of virtual samples without carrying out real research, which makes it possible to improve the efficiency of determining the optimal parameters for the formation of a regular microrelief by reducing material and labor costs. The program in the Excel environment for the formation of a virtual microrelief can be used in the educational process to evaluate the resource of the machine parts.
