Abstract

In the burnishing process, the axial and tangential force components are the 0.05 ... 0.1 part of its radial components. That is why, we can assume that the burnisher is located at the angles of 2,80 ... 5,70 in relation to the axes Z and X, as a consequence of which the Az and Ax amplitudes of vibrations of its semi-spherical end are almast equal to 0,05 ... 0,1Ay. Therefore, the process can be implemented by applying vibrations along the action of the resultant force.
