DESIGNING CLEANING AND PROTECTIVE STRUCTURES IN WATER COURSES OF THE AGHSTEV RIVER BASIN

Abstract

As a part of the urban environment improvement program of Dilijan, one of the primary cleaning problems is the River Agstev, especially its tributaries Bldan and Ovadzhur. A concept of cleaning the streams and protecting the embankment from the flood has been proposed on the basis of engineering studies, calculations and design development. On this basis, design works on rivers Aghstev, Bldan and Ovadzhur are carried out.
