Abstract

The process of hot extrusion of a sintered thin-walled pipe is modeled in the environment '' ABAQUS ''. According to the used method: at first, in the ASE, modeling of the deformation of the pipe by the scheme of a solid material for various initial wall thicknesses and densities is carried out. From the obtained numerous data on the stress-strain state scheme, only various cases of deformation of the pipe are analyzed, compiled by the data of the zones of equivalent plastic deformation.
