INVESTIGATING THE DRAWING PROCESS OF A RECTANGULAR SECTION SINTERED SAMPLE IN A WEDGE-SHAPED DIE

Abstract

Under the conditions of flat deformation, the stress-strain state in the process of a sintered sample of a rectangular section in a wedge-shaped die is studied by the analytical method. The thin section method is used according to which a simplified balance equation and plasticity condition in dimensionless quantities are obtained. A numerical calculation is performed, diagrams of distribution of the stress components are constructed.
