Abstract

The possibility of using an astronomical orbital telescope for solving some special problems arising at investigating different parts of the Earth’s surface is considered. The precise stabilization of the telescope is accomplished by the compensation method by rotations of the secondary mirror according to the signals from the sensors of the orientation system.
