AUTOMATING THE PROCESS OF ANALYSIS AND SYNTHESIS OF THE NUMBER OF TRANSMITTING LAYERS OF MULTILAYER BOARDS

Abstract

The number of channels of a multilayer board (MB), the standard deviation and the inadequacy risk are defined by a mathematical model, and the dependence of the channel number on the structural parameters of the MB is investigated. A functional dependence of the channel number of the MB on the integration degree of the construction, the rent index, the element distribution pitch, the mean number of outputs, the printed circuit track fill factor and the channel width is obtained.
