DEVELOPING A SMARTPHONE - BASED OSCILOSCOPE

Abstract

A portable oscilloscope based on a smartphone with the Android operating system has been developed. A Java program has been developed and debugged which implements the functions of a modern oscilloscope with control menus and virtual touchscreen buttons. The hardware unit performs calibration and matching functions. The current model has been tested on several models of smartphones.
