Abstract

Maintenance of corporate telecommunication networks assumes monitoring and management of the network, detection and solution of problems, management of the net- work performance, effective distribution of resources, prioritization of providing services, etc.

Broken nodes of corporate telecommunication networks may significantly damage the owner organization. To avoid such cases, there is a need to develop mechanisms which will allow to detect anomalies inside telecommunication networks. Breaking of network, loss

of operability or routing paths which are affecting networks load are samples of anomalies.

To detect weak or broken nodes in corporate telecommunication networks, there is a need to monitor the network, and in case of deviation, to report the administrator about it, who will fix the problem and recover the operability of the network. To inform the admin- istrator quickly, emails, sms systems and, in some cases, automated phone call systems are used.

An open diologic automated CTNOCAS system has been developed that allows not only to increase the number of simulators, emulators, etc, working with the system, but also to replace the existing simulators with others that are compatible with CTNOCAS. The dialogue automated system CTNOCAS has a client-server architecture, where a part of the client is implemented as a web-system. In developing CTNOCAS, .NET Core technology from Microsoft is used. To implement the web-system, the technology ASP.Net Core is used, and for the data storage system – the technology MSSQL Server. The systems are ap- plied both for the Microsoft Windows operating system, and for Red Hat Enterprise and Ubuntu Linux families.
