Abstract

It is proposed to use a rotating joint with a changing axis tract in a terahertz range. In the joint, the linearly polarized wave converts into a circularly polarized wave, then after passing the rotating portion, an inverse conversion of the wave from the circular polarization into the linear takes place. The polarization conversion takes place by a metallic mirror and grating. It is shown that the proposed rotating joint has small losses and ellipticity.
