Abstract

The factors acting in the printing area of the offset printing machine (pressure, tension, deformation of the printing film, heat, cracking) and their influence on the quality of the printing are studied under the conditions of changing the indicators of the mentioned factors in different combinations. An analysis of the previous researches in the field is carried out, and it is shown that they were mainly related to the evaluation of the influence of individual factors and obtaining their optimal indicators. The following regularities are identified: the methods of creating pressure in printing are considered, kinematics, the nature of deformations of machine parts operating in printing and the nature of changes in their components under the conditions of release of a significant volume of products in the contact zone are studied, the role of heat distribution in printing in the process of producing quality printing products is discussed, the changes in pressure in printing and thermal pressure, the joint influence of the factors and the provision of the optimal printing process, the influence of the phenomena operating in the printing area in the process of smooth transfer of the dye on the printing paper is discussed.

Heidelberg and Risograph TR1510 printing machines and experimental data obtained through them are used in the work, and the finite element method and the ANSYS software package are used for processing. In order to identify the optimal values of the indicators, the variable series of these indicators are formulated using the ANSYS computer package, and using the data regression analysis method, one- and multi-parameter functional relationships are obtained between these indicators, which allow to calculate their justified and complex by estimated optimal values.
