The necessity and peculiarities of teaching the scientific written language in the post-graduate curriculum are considered. To efficiently teach technical writing in an engineering HEE, a more expedient version of redistribution of the hours of the Armenian language among the undergraduate, graduate and post-graduate courses is proposed.
