The article mentions the characteristic features of the Russian phrases structure used to construct a scientific text. The lack of skills of recognizing, analyzing and constructing Russian phrases hinders the process of understanding the original text for the Armenian technical University students. The formation of approaches for analyzing and constructing scientific texts are offered.
