Abstract

The current migration situation in 2006-2016 in RA, the emigrants` motives and goals, dynamics of money transfer through the banking system of RA are discussed. Tools for the emigration process regulation and also two mechanisms according to international contracts between RA and recipient countries are developed and recommended.
