Abstract

Changes in the electrolytic copper sediment surface morphology at the joint action of direct and alternating sinusoidal currents with various amplitudes and frequencies are studied. New mechanisms for the crystal growth and formation of copper layers under the conditions of non-stationary electrolysis have been established.
