Abstract

Diamond-like carbon films (DLC) are grown on the surface of various substrates during the decomposition of gases argon, nitrogen and vapors of carbon compounds, using a direct current plasma ion source of 60...180 W. In the infrared range of the spectrum, the reflection coefficients of the grown films have been studied.
