Abstract

It is shown that with an increase in amorphous films Si and TiOX on the surface of the glass at a frequency of 13.5 MHz and under the influence of solar energy on the TiO X membrane, water molecules break down into hydrogen and oxygen gases. At studying the efficiency of the process, it is revealed that it is possible to increase it when the rutile is restored by non-thermal treatment, causing additional defects, but with the help of a vacu­u­m chamber, where it is necessary to introduce a certain number of pure oxygen atoms:
