A MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF THE FORMATION PROCESS OF THE FIBER FLOORING IN THE BUNKER WITH VIBRATING CONVEYORS

A mathematical model for the formation of a fiber flooring in a bunker with vibrating conveyors, allowing to determine the basic geometrical dimensions of the bunker, ensuring the formation of a given linear density fiber flooring is obtained. Based on the experimental and analytical data, curves are plotted, showing the coincidence of the result of analytical calculations with experimental data which makes it possible to recommend the obtained mathematical model for practical calculations.
