MODELING THE BLACK SILICON ANTIREFLECTION SURFACES

Black silicon is a new perspective material for forming antireflection surfaces of solar cells. The relation of geometric parameters of black silicon with optical characteristics of the surface by the Finite Difference Time Domain method (FDTD) is investigated. A 3D structure consisting of cones of different heights, diameters and in-plane periodicities is simulated.
