OPTIMIZATION OF PLACEMENT A MIXED-SIGNAL IN INTEGRATED CIRCUITS BY USING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

Abstract

A number of problems arise in mixed-signal integrated circuits related to the placement of elements. To solve these problems, a number of algorithms have been developed in electronic automated design tools, the use of which may lead to problems and may require repetition of the design cycle for their solution. With the help of the algorithm presented in the work, it is possible to obtain a list of settings, which will not lead to repetition of the design cycle.
