Abstract

As a result of the research, pressing of the sintered mixture of iron-chromium heat-strengthened powder steels reinforced with steel fibers is carried out (residual porosity 20%, ф24mm, H0/D0=1.5, l/d=20...30), and the optimal processing parameters are selected. After pressing, sintering, hot extrusion, quenching, and normalization, the porosity of the alloyed powder composite material П40Х is reduced to θ=0 %, σh=534 МН/м2, σ=741 МН/м2, δ=8%, Ψ=38%, KCU=500 кJ/m2, НВ=1100...1150 MPa.
